Program Refund Policy
Students or sponsoring agencies may request a tuition refund based on the official program start date. The course start date is used to determine refund eligibility, including for students who register late into a program.
Any textbooks, software packages, or other course materials that have already been claimed, activated, or issued to the student will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Schedule

|---|---|
| Before the first day of the course | 100% refund of tuition paid, minus any claimed books, software, or course materials |
| First day of the course through 1 week after the start date | Tuition paid, minus $1,000 |
| More than 1 week and up to 2 weeks after the start date | Tuition paid, minus $2,000 |
