Withdrawal Deadline and Tuition Obligation

Students may voluntarily withdraw from the program at any time. However, students who withdraw from the program after the withdrawal deadline remain financially responsible for the full cost of tuition and any applicable fees.

The withdrawal deadline is four (4) weeks from the official start date of the program. Students who submit written notice of withdrawal prior to the withdrawal deadline will only be responsible for tuition and fees accrued in accordance with the program's refund policy. While a student may not be entitled to a refund of tuition already paid, they will not be charged for the remaining unpaid balance of tuition beyond the amount required under the refund policy.

After the withdrawal deadline, students are considered financially committed to the program and are responsible for the full tuition amount, regardless of attendance, academic performance, withdrawal, dismissal, administrative removal, or inability to complete program requirements. Any outstanding tuition balance will remain due and payable according to the student's payment agreement.

Students who are dismissed from the program for academic, disciplinary, attendance, conduct, or policy violations after the withdrawal deadline remain responsible for the full tuition amount. Dismissal from the program does not relieve a student of their financial obligation.
